      -Friendly Employees -Values customers and Employees -I've always wanted DBS to strive this place has taught me a lot and has opened many doors for me, many people have worked there lives away in this place and come in everyday with a bright smile. As this job is not for everyone I would defiantly recommend this job to anyone in the IT field or just getting into it. You will learn, and you will learn fast.

      -On-Call Rotation -The clients we work with can be a bit rude at times but management is always there to take the call when needed -Communication

      none. unethical practice help desk staff looked beaten down with no pride

      Cons

      Horrible interview from the "managers" salary bait and switch to get me there for an interview. No 90 day probation period to learn a new product that no one else knows, only a 3 week period and if after 3 weeks I didn't know it I would be terminated. What crap it that? Every legit company has a 90 day period. Don't waste your time with these clowns, I'm surprised they are still around.

      This former employee was informed 100% during the interview process that the position we were hiring for was under a 30 day performance review. We picked up a new software product with the hopes that this former employee would be able to learn the software based on his resume. His resume did not match his skill set. Additionally we did not terminate this employee after the failed 30 day performance review, but instead shifted him to a different department, one of which he still under performed. We are completely ethical and strive in building a positive culture within our workplace. 37 years in business with over 70 employees means we are doing quite a few things right.
