      Amazing nurses, Horrible Management

      Pros

      Working with some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, caring nurses I have ever met.

      Cons

      Mandatory, unpaid overtime, 3+ hours a night charting, spending all weekend catching up on.paperwork, always so short staffed one person carry’s ' ' 3 or 4 caseloads, supply closets always empty, management will never offer any assistance when needed.

      Nice staff ,flexible schedule,computer system ,hospice center which is great to send pts with symptoms that can't be managed in the home

      Cons

      Low pay ,high number of pts to see,a lot of mid management not enough clinical workers for out in the field

      Pros

      One of the best things about working here is the client. There is a wonderful sense of satisfaction. Training wonderful.

      Cons

      Very little leadership potential. Company values state one thing, but the work doesn't reflect values. Leadership could be better.
