Training sets you up for success with plenty of education. You do not need to know anything about annuities to start working here. Plenty of growth opportunities as long as you work hard and show initiative.

Cons

Lack of support when questions arise while on a call.

It's a smaller company with a family atmosphere with an environment that encourages innovation and promotes success. Your opinion matters, and it is refreshing to see that senior management listens to you.

Cons

It's a smaller company, so some of the really nice work/life balance benefits are still being incorporated into the overall package.
