      Honestly, I don’t really have many good things to say about this position at the Fairmount location. I would advise you not to even bother going in for an interview

      Cons

      Very unprofessional and poorly ran. Do not feed into the hiring manager saying there’s room for growth because you’ll be working there for 10 years before you see a $2.00 raise.

      Very caring, supportive and welcoming environment. In the short time that I've worked for the company, it is clear that Delaware Valley Community Health truly cares about its employees. Whether its mystery bonuses, celebrating promotions, giving out company swag or implementing DEI initiatives, the leadership actively looks for ways to keep its employees happy and engaged in order to fulfill its mission to the community.

      Cons

      Not many restaurants in the area - so there aren't a lot of options for breakfast and lunch.
