      Pros

      It was a very good env before the CTO left. The salary is good (good market value), and seniors can get up to 180k, but only for new join. The product seems like have the potential, and the target market is the USA, UK and AU.

      Cons

      No salary raise for old employees. The engineer team structure is not good at the moment, missing a CTO for long time, and many engineers left. Tasks are unorganized now (also due to some people leaving).

      Pros

      Working with the team I was on, unfortunately they all resigned. The company used to offer lots of team building events however stopped in the last six months.

      Cons

      Management is clueless, constantly changing projects and priorities, had full teams resign and their response was to ban acknowledging anyone who was leaving. Founder brags about how much money they have in the bank while laying teams off. No opportunities for personal growth, training, or promotion within the company.

      - High growth, dynamic environment, full of like-minded people - Excellent level of responsibilities given to staff across the business - People are well looked after, including wellness days, yoga sessions, hampers during lockdown, etc. - Global VC-backed company with staff across the world
