WFH, some benefits, unlimited PTO (but that's always a double-edged) sword

Cons

Company founders change direction every few months, hiring and firing accordingly. You don't know this going in and no one volunteers the information, so you don't realize how unstable the company is. The core founders clearly have their favorites whose jobs will always be secure, but everyone else is expendable. Some really amazing people have left because they could see there is no solid future for them in this mismanaged company.
