honestly, nothing at all was a horrible year
Cons
toxic environment, no onboarding, and too much work pressure and they fire many ppl because of their bad management and they point fingers at everything even if you didn't work on the project and hr is horrible won't help with anything regarding the process, and worst of all they won't commit to contract rules so don't expect much.
