Pros

This is the best team I have ever worked with. My colleagues are brilliant and great at what they do. It was a great job until the current leadership destroyed it a few months ago.

Cons

Leadership is extremely toxic and some of the worst people I have ever known. The executive team claims to value transparency but they lie constantly and do not care about employees at all. They tried to do too much too soon, failed, and now are taking it out on everyone else. The new CEO is a puppet of the board and is letting them line their own pockets by hiring vendor companies they own instead of the ones best for the job. The sales team doesn't sell anything, and leadership fired the entire marketing team. The head of product is incompetent and doesn't understand product engineering at all. HR just keeps sending surveys that accomplish nothing, and recently hosted a bizarre change management training that felt like blind company propaganda, telling us we're all the problem and we need to be "butterflies emerging from our cocoons" and basically be quiet and drink the Kool-Aid. yes that's an actual quote. We all know the CFO is bent on offshoring anything and everything to save a dime, but he won't actually admit it. So much for transparency. It has been layoff after layoff after layoff, and they fire anyone who dares to speak up. Most of us are actively looking for new jobs because this is a sinking ship. I wouldn't be surprised if the company is dead or sold off for parts by the end of the year.

DeliverHealth Response

I am sorry your experience was or is negative but as you are aware, the company, like many tech and health care companies, are experiencing changes that are impacting their business and are forced to make changes that are very difficult. The changes that leadership are making are with the intent to improve the direction of the company. As we do that, there are really tough decisions that affect all of us and especially when it involves our co-workers. Our CEO is dedicated to the success of this business and has been part of DeliverHealth since our inception in 2021. Our goal with sending surveys is so that you can share internally your feelings and suggestions on how you would like to see things change or what you may be frustrated with. We as a leadership team read through every question and comment. The change management session that was provided by our EAP vendor was meant to help our employees through difficult changes and was offered as a voluntary session. I am sorry you didnt find it beneficial, but the majority of our employees felt otherwise. No leader of this company has ever told any employee to be quiet and drink the Kool aid. I am not sure where you are getting your information but that is untrue and would never be uttered by any of our leadership members. The decisions to reduce our workforce and which positions are impacted have nothing to do with an employee's willingness to speak up or ask questions. It is based on the function and the need for that role on an ongoing basis. I would suggest, seeing that you have many concerns, that you schedule time to discuss your concerns directly with your manager, a member of the leadership team or HR.

Pros

Pros? The pros have been laid off or are being replaced by someone overseas

Cons

Layoffs have gutted this company of talent and decades of tribal knowledge. Leadership treats you like a number. Sr Mgmt strung people along with promises of raises and bonuses only to let people go without any severance on a days notice.
