Pros
There are none because you are only paid a rate hourly, nothing else included.
Cons
Lost packages, damaged packages, tracking doesn't work, delivery to the wrong place and my favorite leaving packages in the pouring rain when my client doesn’t pick up. No delivery = NO PAY!!! Nice.

Pros
Just a big d* energy brand name company, that’s all there is to it. All farts, no kaká.
Cons
Most of the internal & external portals and tools are buggy. At worst, they are not functional if anything. You need to pay out of your own pocket for official expenses. No empathy for the employees either.
