Pros
Nice office space in a good location. Fast paced environment gives early exposure to commercial ownership. You learn to work independently fast, mostly because you have to.
Cons
Management style swings between micromanaging every small task and disappearing entirely, cancelling 1 to 1s and leaving you blocked with no support. Onboarding is sink or swim, with almost no documentation, so you're expected to figure things out through word of mouth. Targets are set without the data or tools to actually hit them. The culture is cliquey, and where you sit in the group affects how much support and opportunity you get. Staff discount for using the platform is poor given the job.
