Company promotes Slavery as it considers employees as bonded labour

Short sighted company with short term vision. Staff treated as crap. Company does not contribute to PF - a fair indicator of the fact that they least care for employees. Company adds gratuity to the CTC- so if one leaves before 5yrs will they be returning that amount the answer is No so it's basically a fraud. HR almost everone new (again indicating how poor the work culture is) discusses salary on monthly basis CTC as if they are appointing people on contract or a kaamwali. So does the MD even he speaks of Monthly payout - a fair indication that they do not have long term association in mind. On joining you have to sign 4 declarations indicating you will be a slave. The declarations are: 1- Undertaking for Simcard- stating that one won't keep phone switched even on holidays & phone won't be kept on call divert mode. 2- Undertaking for Travel & Late sitting-stating that he/she is wiling to travel & do latesitting - so in future you can't complain about it. 3- Offer Acceptance for has clause - stating that he/she will remove profile from all job portals & shall not update as long as he/she works with the company. 4- Undertaking(reporting) - stating that I shall report to the boss and fill some daily reporting form on a daily basis and if not done I am willing to face consequences There is nothing new in these conditions as in all major companies such practices exists but its a part of mutual understanding between employee & employer as a part of working relation. But here it's in writing which gives an impression that they don't trust the joiner. It also gives an idea as to how much faith the management has on itself that it needs to get all this things in writing so that they can show it and pull the strings as and when required.
