A Company I am Proud to be Part of
Pros
Wonderful culture, and many lovely and enthusiastic team members. It’s improved incredibly since we have had new management. Our HR team does an amazing job at being responsive and considerate despite all the sites they manage. This is definitely a neurodiverse friendly workplace as they help you to find solutions, for me it was changing my department of work and they now utilise my skills in a way that benefits me and my colleagues well. If you are someone who is passionate about your work, a high achiever and have a positive attitude you will thrive here. We also have half days on Fridays and the dress code is pretty relaxed - but department dependent. We have a lot of free food and most days I wonder if I even need to bring in lunch! Free coffee and tea - plus a lot of biscuits, cakes etc. If you have good ideas they will try it and we are a forward thinking company. Our director values everyone and I really feel part of a great company that will be going places. We are using some great new technology which is going to make us a fantastic business to work for.
Cons
Early start - 8am. Difficult to commute to if you’re not able to drive. Although I manage it fine. You may find yourself struggling if you don’t like working in office. There’s definitely scope to work from home but it’s not often and preference is to be in office. Travel is essential - but if you like travel you’ll be fine, not a con I suppose. There are some colleagues who you will find that solving problems is not their priority which is slowly changing in our culture due to new management stepping in.
