I look forward to my break time, Because as a call center agent,this period gives me time to relax and prepare my mind for the second half of my work hours

this work give room to meeting with people and also help to understand how to tolerate people and customers I look forward to my break time because as a contact center agent, this period gives me time to relax and prepare my mind for the second half of my daily work hours

The workhours are not so flexible in general
