Some people are quite nice

Cons

CEO/COO don't know what they're doing and are very removed. They're so far removed from the actual operations of the company that everyone else flounders in the absence of their leadership. They pivot constantly - wasting money. Company financials are terrible and you'll be lucky to get a paycheck on time
