      Honestly speaking, governance is lacking, it’s disorganised, and the structure is unclear. Doesn’t give you the feel of a real company. The 2.5 average is generous.

      The only good thing is projects with positive impacts

      Very slow deal flow hence very slow learning curve and limited career opportunity compared to other IBs/ advisory firms, toxic management, bad governance, low pay, no cultivating or feedback culture, low pay, lack of standard in recruiting process (ex: associate could be a fresh undergrad kid or an experienced professional with master degree). Altogether, this company is just disorganized..
