-Management does not know what it wants, how to do it in a foreign country - Management lacks empathy towards its employees - No salary hike or appraisal for any employee and if you approach them with this subject they play the blame game of no business in the past - Extremely high attrition because of no salary hike and lack of career progression - Management believes in no retention of employees
