      Way behind the times in management style and business model.

      Pros

      *Strong customer base with many customers nationwide *Executives are heavily involved in running the company and care about the quality of service that customers receive *Good reputation with clients *Many long term clients

      Cons

      *Very much a "good old boys" network, women and minorities only hold lower level positions and have limited authority *Management can be verbally abusive, and often use profanity towards employees *Management style is very much "build you up and break you down" *Antiquated business model *Pay is below industry standard

      Pros

      Higher management was more accessible and semi light atmosphere. Working for DCG was kind of like a stand alone entrepreneurial working environment. Also was initiative in the times of crisis.

      Cons

      Only initiative in the times of crisis. Training was non existent. On your own sink or swim attitude. No communication amongst senior level employees. Inventory policy non-existent .
