      They have some nice sites all over the world and a bunch of good people with potential to change the organisation.

      Cons

      The political games take a lot out of the possibilities of this company. To get promotion you have to be very good friend with management.

      opportunity to gain a lot of experience during low time period

      Cons

      * salary is average although required effort is more than any other company. * flat hierarchy organization, there is no opportunities for promotion whatever is your efforts and skills. * Chaos, there is no clear team structure and clear defined responsibility. * not suitable for Juniors , there is no mentorship for Juniors.
