      Pros

      The company makes a beautiful product. Top notch machines and workers. Very clean facility for a precision gear house.

      Cons

      Upper Management, lie and fabricate excuses as to why and how the business is ran. Hard to work for individuals that cannot be honest with their employees.

      clean, good parking, decent hourly pay and overtime for skilled trades

      Cons

      owned by investment firm and struggling financially, frequent changes to upper management and HR has left long time loyal employees upset, frustrated, and worried about job security
