Poor compensation - no raise for a promotion, terrible end of year bonus that has no correlation to how long you have worked there. Working as an assistant case manager has no impact on pay - however, they do expect you to stay overtime and continue to do more work without increasing pay. Also had a manager, who was not my immediate manager, demand I call one of our clients to apologize things were taking so long - it was very unprofessional, simply embarrassing and never part of our job. Managers, for the most part, do not communicate well and don’t necessarily understand all that goes into the job.
