Benefits were basic for the industry.

Cons

Managers and Supervisors lie to Upper Management to make their departments look good when in fact they are in a shambles. For employees to be promoted some go along with the "lying game".

Pros

Flexible work schedule, good bosses and co-workers. They are like family and do try to really hard at their job.

Cons

Way under staffed, Management is reactive to staffing needs and not proactive. Unreasonable, workload and expectations. Stress is off the chart and pay is not anywhere near the market.
