      Good company to grow but know what you are going into

      Pros

      New, upcoming product based company with small teams and more than enough opportunities to grow. Still old enough to have a strong presence in the market.

      Cons

      No headway; future plans of the company is not clear/ does not make clear for the employee. The plans for future development is usually not communicated with employees. No room for innovation. Have a lackadaisical way of HR management.
