      So far, worst company I've worked for.

      Always busy Occiasionaly bought office lunch Get 1 weekend day off Rotates shifts evenly Large office

      Cons

      Management thinks they run the world Company does not value even long term employees Non proffessional environment Charges $20 from pay if your even 1 minute late. Despite how often you are early or stay late. Does not allow overtime Not allowed to talk to co-workers No room to expand Lays people off without warning to save the company dollar if they think you make too much Can force you to work another position you did not apply for not agree too Does not care about the field technicians

      1) The $20 late fee has not been in place after the restructuring. Rule has been eradicated since Summer 2016. 2) Overtime is offered and allowed on an as-needed basis. 3) The job is a call center job, excessive socializing not allowed while on floor. 4) Nobody has been laid off or fired without proper write-ups and documentation of justifiable cause (never due to pay rate). Delta Mechanical, Inc restructured back in later 2015, we have been able to overcome a lot of obstacles and we were able to pin point the flaws within the processes and have been able to get them correct. As a company that has been in business for many years, we have many employees who have been with us for years and have been through the ups and downs with the company. We value all of our employees, even long term employees. There is always room for growth and expansion, if you take pride in your position and you are a good worker; you will always be eligible to move forward.

      Pros

      Great resume builder, gives you experience in customer service, sales, scheduling, multitasking

      Cons

      Customers you have to deal with are always irate, you will not feel human at this place. Nearly no training at all, they throw you right in. Not a family feel at all managers will threaten to charge you if you make a mistake on an order, probably because the company is going bankrupt. And yes if you are not Bulgarian you are worked like a dog and get to watch them all get special privileges (month long paid vacations) but they will threaten to fire you for calling in sick even one time. Their communication with Home Depot is awful, half of their policies and prices don't line up with what the stores actually tell people, which you get to deal with when the customer figures it out.

      Pros

      My favorite part of this company is that throughout growth, we have an employee-oriented culture. We have strong leadership in place who supports and listens to us as a team. Our overall success is passed thru to the employees in the form of new opportunities and room to grow and move up - I have been given opportunities here that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. There have been a lot of changes which have had direct results we can see, which make me excited about my future here. It feels good to have my voice heard and see the results of my own ideas improving the company. I have worked here for years and can really say that this is the environment that I had always hoped for.

      Cons

      Making changes brings challenges because not everybody on the team will be open to a new idea or new way of doing things.
