- The people are drones that exist for the paycheck and uphold the worst aspects of "corporate" culture.
- Management = Family Members, so your pretty much on your own if you have an issue with them, including HR.
- "Non-Mandatory" but Very-Mandatory seminars are coded guilt trips.
- Its a Revolving-Door type of business that is perfectly fine with you quitting because they don't care about changing anything that you can't blindly follow.
- Has a creepy religious cult vibe that basically excommunicates people for simply not working there anymore. Takes things extremely personal.
- Forced smiles and overtly insecure working environment that is incapable of self-reflection.
- Obliviously transparent in their favoritism, giving people positions they don't deserve or understand.
- Bonus is underwhelming.
- ESOP is a trap to work for money that should be yours but only after 6+ years and then they tax that money for you. This is a ploy so the company doesn't pay taxes and holds your money for ransom basically.
- Very shady practices for forcing the use of PTO (Paid Time Off). Might be illegal.
