Pros

Benefits of working for a Delta Air Lines wholley owned, including travel benefits for you and family, home basing (mostly, if where you live works for them). The flight schedule isn't usually hard or terribly demanding. Good hotels. Per diem, though it is on the low side. Company iPhone and iPad for personal use. FAA medicals covered by the company twice a year. Actively working on some sort of uniform allowance.

Cons

If they don't like where you live for airlining you to the assigned aircraft, they can and will change your domicile. Pay is substandard, but it is getting a little better. Upgrades can stall out in smaller fleets.

It's a job, that's all it is. Keep looking for other career employment if you come to work here.

Cons

Terrible Corporate culture, ethics, and workplace environment. Missed paydays, miss-processed paychecks, loss of earned PTO, etc. A plethora of failing by the company and senior mgmt. Adversarial Leadership and management, No Company policy-handbooks so nothing to hold them accountable. impossible to take PTO and such without having to 'cover' for others. Career and professional growth, Benefits, and salaries are stagnant - There is no upward potential with this broken business model

Flight benefits are great if you want to travel. Schedule is good and the health care is alright

Cons

Management are hypocrites and not willing to change, lack of diversity in many ways, you better not have any dignity. Only way to make it is to either already work there, not expect the fair treatment they claim in orientation, and be fake with all previous employees
