      Pros

      The deadwood has left several years ago now. Bright, positive, hardworking and deadicated people remain. Great technology. Everyone working for the same goals that are communucated throughout the organisation. It's great to be working for a cleaner and greener environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day but hey, that's life in high tech. Still, there is flexibility and balance overall. It's not a sweat shop

      Big dreams but not much substance behind them

      Pros

      Small company - easier to get noticed for good effort.

      Cons

      Under resourced and management refused to address this issue, more focus putting into marketing and other department resources than engineering. Management failed to tackle employees who were unfit for their role after it being pointed out and agreeing the fact. Slow growth - resulting in poor or non existing salary increases. Gave the perception of wanting to listen to employees comments but never acted.
