- Paychecks were irregular to say the least, sometimes there were gaps of 6-7 weeks between paychecks without explanation. When paychecks were late management wouldn't show up in the office or would all work after hours until the paychecks actually came in.
- Employees with 401k had the money taken out of their paycheck but their money (and matching contribution) didn't make it to their account until we complained to the state
- Family owned and run business and there are the family issues that come with, generally the employees bore the brunt of it (see irregular paychecks above)
- we were encouraged to have "big ideas" but zero resources were available to support any sort of development
- CEO had a seating chart for staff meetings he felt represented everyone's "status" in the company
