Sure the customers can become friends of yours

Cons

Your supervisors work you til you reach your breaking point. If your 21 or older and becoming a manager for the CStore make sure your not the only one or you will get stuck on nights with Minors every single shift and will never see a day shift

No pros. I was under paid for the work I did.

Cons

I was discriminated on by upper management due to my color. company took no action instead they turned it around on me. Still waiting for my last check been 4 weeks now.
