Okay/decent pay, best to look elsewhere. Management is small and a lack of female employees/leadership and diversity. Out of touch.

Of all the places I have worked, this is by far the worst environment I've ever been in and took a toll on my mental health. I have never been treated so badly as I have here at Deltra. The CEO of Deltra Systems has created an incredibly toxic and unhealthy environment for everyone. He plays favorites with certain technicians. As for the rest of the employees, he will not hesitate to slander their names behind their backs. Deltra has a lot of problems with structure, communication, vision for the future and a toxic CEO who is ready to pounce on you at a moments notice. Instead of the CEO blaming himself, he throws really valuable employees under the bus. When something doesn't go his way, he makes decisions based on his emotions without thinking things through. Sometimes going as far as intimidating or firing valuable employees with no warning.
