This is a fully remote position that has allowed me to gain a lot of experience in the customer service field. When I was first onboarded management was there every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the work-life balance and would check in on me frequently to make sure I had an easy time settling into the new position, there was always room for discussion in regards to any concerns and we were always encouraged to suggest ideas to make everyone's work so much easier. You also receive feedback so you know exactly what you need to improve on and where you stand. If you are looking for a long-term position, this is a great opportunity!
