This might be a acceptable starting place for a very junior person to learn the ropes for a little while, but keep your resume updated - CEO tends to fire on a whim with no notice. Started with a brand new computer. Pay and benefits were good for Boulder area.

Cons

They can’t figure out how to streamline their business or how a real business should function. Leadership is mostly uninspiring and have horrible communication about the truth of the goals of the company or how they will get there. Leadership constantly harp on values they've created, although none of leadership follows them. There are tenured employees who have created a 'click' and it shows.

We do our best to share information openly and honestly with our team despite differences in time zones and communication styles.
