I liked my team, they were the only reason I didn't completely hate it there every single day.

Cons

When you have managers who don't know the craft they're managing, you get idiotic managerial policies. Also, the pay is atrocious. I was embarrassed to tell people how much I made. Honestly I have so many things to complain about but I don't even have the time.

I got a job here right out of school, so I was grateful for the opportunity. The team culture was very supportive and both, team lead and team manager were great.

Cons

Low-paying, and the salary is not competitive. This was the only reason that made me leave.
