I have been working at Demandforce full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The role is hard, cold calling all day long is never fun, but there are great managers who want nothing but the best for you. If you put in the effort and work hard, you'll be fine. Demandforce sale training is probably the training you will ever receive- it's focused all on technique and how to sell.

    Cons

Sometimes expectations can be hard to meet, especially for the medical division. It really is hard work. And a lot of the time, your success is just luck. Obviously there is going to be ups and downs in any sales role, but making sure you stay motivated is really going to help you get through it.

    Pros

Great place to get into the work force.

Low pay. No perks. Management has poor communication to the rest of the company. Good workers who leave are replaced with cheap workers with lower skill set.
