Half of the leaders are less than incredible. Some of the ones that weren't great made it through recent layoffs, while some who were good at their jobs did not. Beware the allegiances that, at least in Indianapolis tech, can sometimes reach back many years prior (often to the detriment of the organization). Recent downsizing and uncertain economic conditions mean that any new hires (late 2022-early 2023) will need to perform quickly. Startup budgets sometimes mean well-funded salaries. Not the case here. Remote friendly: you may find yourself working late more than anticipated.
