      Meh, just another fintech

      Pros

      Nice teammates, some interesting projects, good office location

      Cons

      At the start it was a great place, you were given a lot of autonomy and responsibility but as it grew they hired a lot of unnecessary senior management types who had no clue what the business is about and micromanagement went though the roof. It started to feel disconnected and then blame games started and before you know it the "start-up" spirit was gone.

      Fairly flexible but not as forward thinking as other tech companies Fair remuneration

      Cons

      All the teams are spread very thin Too much workload Not enough resources Very difficult to work as every task is a challenge No dental insurance No cycle to work scheme Not scalable as not enough resources to manage workload High turnover Process not in place even basic questions are not clear
