      Pros

      Demo is a successful name for the company because you are enchanted by the 'demo' promo but you end up not purchasing the full version. Some people are trying to improve the situation, but honestly they just waste themselves and their talents there.

      Cons

      Bullying practices from some managers who behave like 5 year olds when somebody doesn't grant their wishes. HR not helping at all, only hearing without listening, and also being biased. No organization whatsoever, bad collaboration between different departments. Useless lazy people are rewarded, while hard working people are seen like the scapegoats. Gender inequality, practices of 90s such as dress rules. Micromanaging and procrastination from some managers.

      Pros

      Good for interns, easy to get hired because they are just looking for someone to fill the position.

      Cons

      The supervisors/managers do not have sufficient knowledge, they treat the employees terribly and they present the ideas of others as their own. Managers' favorites get promotions, not the ones with the most skills. Employees have the same value as consumables, awful working conditions. The HR is non-existent and constantly gaslighting the employees. LOW SALARY, NO BENEFITS.

      Micromanagement No career path A constant worry about what your superior will ask Strict project deadlines Managers without knowledge and with a Greek attitude of employer NO REMOTE option Offices very far from the center In general, a Greek company of people with very bad behavior
