Pros

Not as bad as other review, would give 3 stars, to balance out the low rating, as they don't deserve that low ratings. Stay neutral as if will recommend someone this company. The strength of the company lies in the people, Used to work well together, support each other, and stay aware of what everyone was doing. You will get the chance to learn things and explore different things. HOD and senior are willing to teach you with patience. HODs give constructive feedback Reachable by public transport, LRT kelana jaya and taman bahagia. Nearby got many restaurants, both halal and non-halal Hybrid working mode Premiere adobe acc

Cons

But culture now feels weaker and more divided. Teams seem to be splitting apart, and decision-making has become less inclusive, often limited to only part of the team. HODs normally sees what we do and contribute, but when comes to upper level its different story. Beware which is pie in the sky which is realistic KPI given by upper level High chance there will be no Bonus as not hitting unrealistic KPI No OTs pay during weekday (but said to be able enter office late), claim are limited due to certain reasons Some benefits was reduce due to certain reasons

Poor management

Pros

Used to be chill flexible culture in the early days, and some good people to work with.

Cons

changed a lot in the last year. Management became inconsistent, decisions very top-down, and no clarity or support. Blame culture started to slowly creep in. mistakes werent handled constructively, just quietly redirected. mixed messages from leadership, and some team leads created tension rather than helping to resolve it.Feel more political than collaborative.
