      Shady business dealings. Stay away!

      Pros

      The people working there are great. Good enoloyees

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership, no communication, no resolution to any concerns or problems. They will add meetings to address issues, than revert back to the issues (overbooking, no consulting on schedules.) Ownership is lacking any form of communication or leadership and engineers are required to also be project managers and pay for the position is incredibly low. Policies against federal law such as not letting employees freely discuss their working conditions and pay amongst each other.

      Pros

      It's a job. You will be treated fairly for awhile, but sooner or later, expect to potentially get thrown under the bus. It beats digging in a mine.....barely. You may get a ride on the owners airboat and go to a picnic or party.

      Cons

      Very small company with constant talk of company expansion and big plans, but never happens. You will end up trapped, some former employees have been screwed over by owner/President. Crazy how political and stressful it can be for a tiny company. Owners act like its a Fortune 500 corporation, not a Mom and Pop shop, super serious, little sense of humor or fun or camaraderie fostered. People generally don't stick around very long at this company, turnover is high.
