      Company doesn't even have a class to maintain

      Cons

      - No Future prospects - Work 24/7, irrespective of Midnight, Early Mornings,holidays, leaves, medical emergency, or any damn thing...U HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE once your boss calls you. - The Best part is the managers working to implement sales were never been a part of sales..THEY JUST ARE STUPID MANAGERS, who doesn't even know how sales Planning works. - They hire and they Fire within 3 to 4 months span.. - Your salary can be delayed anytime, without even intimating you...And they are not even sorry for that.

      DO NOT WORK AT DENAVE MALAYSIA !!!

      Pros

      - Office is near LRT station. - Proper training period.

      Cons

      - Unsustainable project. Research about the project before you decide to join Denave Malaysia. There are only 3 solid projects which are laptop, server, and top 3 cloud brands. The rest might close in the next month you join. - Whom you know > What you know - Strong office politics. Management is dominated by major race of South Asia. Here is how to play safe with them: 1. Don't argue with them. Please them like they are the best in their job. Eventho the reality is only the best in talking. 2. Always compliment them. with (even fake) empathy. 3. Treat the to next building curry house.
