      The apartment complex is nice.

      Cons

      There is hardly any training provided - even when you ask for it. Corporate doesn't offer any support with matters regarding training, management issues, and/or resident complaints/requests when it is needed. HR is unresponsive to issues brought to their attention regardless of how many times an update is requested.

      Jeff Ferner is inadequate with his responsibilities and only comes in the area to fire employees. Danielle Taperman is never around, loves to be threatening in her emails but never available for a face to face conversation. They seek results with an unrealistic product and pricing.

While we are relatively new to the multi-family residential property management market in North Carolina we strive to uphold the values and culture that we have created and nurtured over our 70-year history in NJ and apply them to our other locations as we continue to grow.
