      Locally owned and operated. The lower level people are all great personally and hardworking. It is a business that isn't stuffy about dress code or the language that is used in regular day conversations

      The family that runs the business is not professional to say the least

      Pros

      Great family culture with many long denture employees. Onboarding process was excellent. Plenty of opportunities for training along with many knowledgeable employees to learn from.

      Cons

      General dismissive attitude of those with higher education. Vague and broad feedback from leadership. Higher ups seem very disconnected from the day to day operations.
