Great!

Pros

Passionate people all working together to get the necessary approvals to open the mine Pay is ok, average benefits Company likes to promote people internally Relatively young workforce compared to other mining companies - makes it an energetic and open-minded workplace

Cons

Waiting on government approvals creates uncertainty More training and development opportunities for employees needed Use technology! Everything has an app but Denison doesn't use any of them to make it easier on employees working remotely (e.g. ADP... can only see pay stub, can't see vacation, can't ask for time of using the App, hours not in ADP).

Pros

Co-workers were a good group of people.

Cons

Company does not adhere to the ESA and breached employment contracts. Low pay, no benefits, never recieve raises. Management are criminals. They recieve huge bonuses due to chronic staff shortages and unpaid labour. Poor leadership. Not a career deaf end job. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Small finance team

Pros

Small finance team. Flex time available if requested. Education funding if requested. Benefits are OK but not great

Cons

There is no opportunity for upward mobility. I don't know of a promotion in the finance team other than the Tax accountant move to CEO.
