Pros

nothing much to say about this company.

Cons

This company is not a real company software company. This is vendor company. They don't make any new software nor employ someone for their skills. The hiring process is very fishy. Once they hire you they will want you to move to their location. They have houses rented or own not sure. Where they would want you to stay. We would have to stay here. Only food expense will be provided. This is called the bench phase where a candidate is subjected to learn the technology and take interview untill he/ she find potential contract employer. Once you move to their location based on the market requirement they will push you into a field example Software developer,SAP Etc. Even if you don't have required skills like an expert. They train you for sometime and put you through a team where you are being marketed (Like an expert) until you get selected for employment. The team is from the offshore location where none of them expect few people is in onshore manily people who run this or owners. The offshore location staff will send you bunch of fake resumes to portray you as an experienced candidate in that field. This is done by faking your resume. They add a minimum of 6 to 8 years in that particular field. And bid you for a higher rate to potential contracting companies. Once a suitable rate is obtained they make you go through the interview process. The natural question that pops up in your head ? - How come he/she who has no experience with a fake expert resume can clear the interview process. Unfortunately, most of the interview happens via phone or Skype in this country. 1. In the case of phone interviews, the interview is taken by an expert in that field. 2. Incase of skype interviews the interview is taken by an expert but you will have to lip sink pretending that your network is bad. 3. In case 3 this company uses its link to get what the interviewer might ask from potential vendor companies and train desperate candidates accordingly. What if a company asks your ID card to match your experience? I guess they must be having the best photo shop tools subscribed. Potential Candidates They try and hire desperate immigrants who are looking for jobs mainly in IT. That needs a company to stay in the USA. Their idea is to hold you as much as possible so that they could live their American dream off fake labor market. I have seen these guys tell all sort of stories and emotional tactics to hold you even if you get direct employment and want to move from that place. I am not sure how these people could use loop holes and rig this system. Where deserved and harding working Americans need to go home while these companies profit off someone else labour. How much ever you try you cannot match their resume with any original resume. All their resume is so well optimized according to job description. It's a great company to do Beach and Place if you into that kind of a thing. I have no intentions to give false information about a company. But all my statements are true to my knowledge. I cannot tolerate such practices because of its unprofessional and people who deserve might remain jobless. I hope my review is helpful to some honest person who is considering this company. During my time with the company what i have learn it there is a huge network of people who does this faking and placing IT candidates.
