Pros
Earning potential is high, dispatch is easy to work with, payroll is great, best I've ever worked with, equipment, and maintenence is top notch, great benefits, and 401k, company is growing and continues to expand, entire staff is very friendly, and they treat you with respect like your part of a family
Cons
I have 16 some odd years of working with trucking companies, if your willing to work as a diligent driver as you should, they're going to take care of you. I see the cons as negligible. 4 stars on work life balance, but your an OTR driver, that's what it's about, and they will get you home no problem when you want!
