Great parties, the people I directly worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, lots of excellent opportunities through travel
Cons
It felt like the business was lacking clear direction, upper management does not seem to be aligned and felt out of touch with employees. The 5 floors at Springfield are so separated it felts hard to meet co workers. Felt like costs were being cut all over the place despite the business being successful. I think salaries need to go up to really entice people to want to fight through the travel and build something but then again there aren’t many engineering options in western mass.
