DM has incredible technology and sets a high standard for future dental.

Cons

Toxic management. Unrealistic expectations for employees. Practically still in start up mode after 6+ years. No support or training. Low industry standard salaries. High turn over. Internal bullying (ANZ sales manager) which has lead to DM having a bad reputation in dental.

- Overall the staff were amazing to work with - Initial training was well done, but can be difficult to grasp with the product changing frequently - Industry lead in AI tech

Cons

- Toxic micromangement - Inability to appreciate employees hard work - DO NOT LIKE DISCUSSING SALARY - will not increase salary of current employees to what they are worth/industry standard - Expectation that work comes first, life comes second - Long work hours with no OT paid - Expectation for you to be on meetings from 5am to 10pm due to inability to work with timezones or allow staff to watch recordings - 50% staff turnover in the last 6 months
