Pros

Some employees within the team possess great digital knowledge and want to strive to do make the company better.

Cons

Incredibly toxic culture overall with many employees passing the buck to save themselves from blame. Constant reorgs to try as a quick fix to the many things that are broken. Management lack the vision and drive to deliver a great product/service and would rather stick to the status quo.

The benefits are incredible and the culture (assuming you fit into the desired age range) is incredibly warm and welcoming. L

Cons

Dentsu management have opted to place inexperienced staff in charge of teams. There has been poor identification of leaders, and as such we've seen many strong candidates leave shortly after joining.

Great brands, bad central culture

Pros

There are lots of great, high performing brands in the network that will hopefully bounce back after COVID. Great global network.

Cons

While Dentsu has some very strong brands, I (and many around me) found the central culture unnecessarily toxic at times, with the People Team led by a culture of worry, fear and concern over their roles, even high performers. People felt like they couldn’t turn to the usual places in HR and central management to share worries or concerns, it was unnecessarily political & hierarchical and that concerned them. It felt like the human care element for wider teams and people was missing.
