      Fun to work for professional sports team.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, long hours and low pay, but all of this would be standard for the industry if they didn't have an extremely toxic culture, coming from the most senior levels.

      Everyone was very friendly, from management to co-workers in Guest Relations.

      Cons

      Not having a retractable dome. During games when it snowed there was no protection from the elements.
