Discriminatory practices and incompetent management. Supervisor will literally lie to cover their own mistakes and lack of skills or knowledge to perform their jobs. Nothing in place to check and balance supervisors, their word is taken as fact and leads to very dangerous situations.

Management and leadership are bullies and have a click known as the mean girls. If you are good at brown nosing, then you may get promoted, but only if you are included in the click. There are little to no opportunities for career advancement. Negative and very toxic work environment. I would not recommend anyone work here! I am about to resign myself due to this negative experience. They don’t care about you so choose to go some place that will appreciate and value you as an employee
