Pros

Plentiful overtime due to insane turnover rate

Cons

•Owners do not care about employees well being •owners are incapable of paying employees on time and will bounce checks after promising it'll never happen again •fire anyone who speaks out against them •refuse to fix patrol vehicles allowing know and dangerous issues to continue (ie bald tires, broken transmissions, faulty breaks, broken seat belts) •pay rate is lower than stated due to majority of it being tied up in "preformence pay" that can and will be taken away arbitrarily •favoritism and nepotism run rampant within the company •screening for candidates is laughable at best vast majority of guards are barely functioning and completely unqualified

Pros

they offer a competitive salary

Cons

The checks would bounce, they literally do not have the money to pay you. The owner is not transparent with his staff about what is going on. The people that still work there are comfortable lying for him. It is nonsense! Do not ever work here!

Pros

Good hours for anyone who likes graveyards Friendly coworkers and supervisors Understanding clientele

Cons

No uniform allowance Tell you to bring your own firearm & accessories then complain about the color Unpaid training Lie about raises to get you to accept a job offer No body armor provided must purchase your own on $15/hr or less Asks what region you’d like to work and then completely disregards the answer and schedules you 40 miles from home Scheduling Department hangs up on you when you call Patrol vehicles are unsafe death traps Upper management may be using company funds for personal gain Changes time cards to reflect the schedule times instead of paying you for hours worked. Schedules armed guards on unarmed sites and tells them to leave their firearms in their cars Schedules unarmed officers on sites that request armed guards, knowing that the site has had shot fired and gang wars in the past.
